January 26, 2010 Vital Design Launches Website for New Hampshire's Largest Apple Orchard
Portsmouth, NH – Website design firm Vital Design has launched a new website for Hampton Falls' Applecrest Farm, New Hampshire's oldest and largest apple orchard.
The new site, http://applecrest.com is search engine-optimized (SEO) and provides visitors an online preview of the experience of visiting Applecrest's family-run farm. The new website design for the NH farm includes schedules for pick-your-own apples as well as festival dates and a registration form for private parties which lets users reserve dates online.
“This website design ties in four generations of the Wagner family. We are really excited,” said Applecrest's Todd Wagner. “Vital Design's website design combined all of our offerings into a well-organized website that showcases everything our family has created throughout the years.”
Vital Design, http://www.vtldesign.com designed and developed the new website with attention to search engine optimization (SEO). The site serves as an information resource for new and returning visitors as well as a branding and marketing tool for Applecrest Farm.
“This is the type of website development project we really enjoy because we've been able to tell the history of a legendary NH family business,” said Vital Design Creative Director/Managing Partner Julia Ahumada. “We sought to convey the essence of the farm through this website and to give visitors a preview and appreciation for what they will experience when visiting the farm.”
Applecrest Farm's offerings include pick-your-own fruit and pumpkin patch hayrides. Their new website development offers festival and event schedules for all ages. Users can also order online gift packages to share fresh apples with friends.
